All utilities for the studios and the RV spaces are included in the monthly rent plus WI-FI. A coin laundromat on site is available to the tenants. The studios rent for $850.00 a month and come furnished. RV spaces are $500.00 a month. A security deposit will be required upon move in.
Packwood– Located on 6 acres of land is the small cabin and Yurt which will be available to rent separately. RV pad also available to rent!
